Growing food on vacant lots to provide a food resource to the community. This consist of lot management including but not limited too, leaf removal, snow removal, grass management and trash removal. The goal of this program is to create a well-managed food forest on vacant lots, which consequently adds more fungi, which increases the carbon sequestration in the soil.
Microscopic analysis, aerobic composting, protozoa infusions, and other necessary amendments related to soil management. The goal of this program is to create high quality soil for use for program and community stakeholders needs.
